Spa Etiquette
At Simpelo Medi-Spa,our staff is dedicated to providing you with the best in quality spa services. You are important to us and we want to ensure that your visit to Simpelo Medi-Spa is a pleasurable spa experience.
• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to relax and complete necessary paperwork.
• We love children too, but it is important that they be supervised by an adult at all times in the salon. Children are not allowed in the spa treatment rooms even with adult supervision. This is to ensure the child's safety.
• Gratuity is not included in any of our prices. Showing your appreciation is greatly welcomed.
•Massage services: We suggest you drink plenty of water before and after your massage appointment, and please refrain from consuming alcohol prior to your massage.
• We recommend that all clients schedule their next appointment prior to leaving the Spa in order to get the best selection of appointment times to meet their schedules.
• Product return policy: Within 30 days, any unused item may be returned for a full refund with a receipt of purchase. Used items will be accepted under the discretion of the manager.
• When you call for an appointment, please tell us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other condition we should know about.
• If you find you will be more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability, but your service may need to be shortened.
• We will make a courtesy call to remind you of your upcoming appointment.
• Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your visit. Gift certificates are not refundable, but may be redeemed for products or services.
• Prices and business hours are subject to change without notice.
• We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required at the time of booking an appointment for all services. We respectfully ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment.
